Our Purpose

Kyle’s unexpected passing on March 1, 2022, saddened all who knew him.  Kyle was a remarkable young man who made quite an impact on the lives of so many during his way too short 28 years.  He never met a stranger, and those that knew him were drawn to his witty sense of humor and genuine interest in others.  His friends and family meant everything to him, and they describe him as kind, gentle, loyal, and inclusive. He lived his life with joy, excitement, and optimism.  

The Kyle Swanson Legacy Fund was created to honor him and to support what was so important to him.  We are guided by his memory, his smile, and his passionate love of life.  We recognize that with his humble personality he would not desire to be the center of attention, however, he would desire for his little corner of the world to be a better place because he was in it.  This is our purpose. 

Kyle’s presence here on earth is missed every day but his love for family and friends is everlasting. Kyle was and continues to be the light of our lives.  His family and friends want to make him proud by spreading his grace and shining his light through this fund in his name.
